GYFTY cable, the fibers, 250um, are positioned in a loose tube which is made of a high modulus plastic. All the tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. We use the FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) as the strength member. The optical cable have a very good mechanical and temperature performance.  You don't need to worry about the crush resistance and flexibility during the storage and operating.
