OPGW optical cable, also known as optical fiber composite overhead ground wire, has 4-48 cores. It has structural types such as aluminum - clad steel wire, aluminum - alloy - clad steel wire, aluminum - tube - type, aluminum - skeleton - type, and (stainless) steel - tube - type. The cross - sectional area ranges from 35 mm2 to 180mm2, etc., and the specific type is determined according to the customer's requirements. 

OPGW Optical Cable Model is mainly used for overhead power lines. Commonly used models include OPGW 24B1-50, OPGW 24B1-80, OPGW 24B1-100, OPGW-12B1-90, OPGW-48B1-120, etc. For the same cross-section, there are differences in short-curcuit current capacity and tensile strength according to usage. If there are no special requirements, it is recommended to refer to international standard parameters for selection.
